شبیه سازی استاتیک و دینامیک واحد خالص سازی ۱ و ۳ بوتادین

چکیده
پارامترهای فرآیندی صنایع پتروشیمی و پالایشگاهی دارای شرایط دینامیکی پیچیده ای هستند، یکی ازروشهای مناسب برای پاسخ به تغییرات و اغتشاشات ورودی به سیستم های فرآیندی، طراحی واحد در حالت دینامیکی است. در شبیه سازی دینامیکی، همزمان با طراحی، اثر پارامترهای مختلف در نظر گرفته می شود و در صورت نیاز کنترل می گردند. 
در این تحقیق شبیه سازی استاتیک و دینامیکی واحد خالص سازی ۱ و ۳ بوتادین مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتیجه ی بررسی رفتاری سیستم در برابر تغییرات پارامترهای ورودی می تواند در طراحی برج های تقطیر دیوار میانی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. ابتدا واحد در حالت استاتیک شبیه سازی شد. معادله‌ی پنگ رابینسون نزدیک ترین نتایج به داده های طراحی را به همراه دارد. نتایج حاصل از حالت استاتیک به عنوان نقطه ی شروع برای شبیه سازی دینامیکی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت، در نهایت به بررسی نتایج رفتار دینامیکی واحد در برابر اغتشاشات ایجاد شده، پرداخته شد.

چکیده English

Dynamic behaviour of Chemical, Petrochemical and refinerie’s process parameters are very complex. Considerations of system dynamic behaviour with respect to the system disturbances are necessary for proper design of such processes. The study leads to the selection or justification of installing process control system. 
In the present research a dynamic and static simulation of 1, 3 butadien separation distillation trains were scrutnized with the aim of retrofiting the existing unit with the divided wall columns. Attention on the selection of thermodynamic model revealed that the use of Peng- Robinson thermodynamic model is appropriate. The dynamic behaviour showed insensesivity of purified Butadien stream to the feed flow rate.
