سولفور زدایی از جریان‌های گازی به کمک نانو ذرات اکسید روی

چکیده
حذف اجزا اسیدی گازی جهت کنترل خوردگی، جلوگیری از سمی شدن کاتالیزور در فرایند های پایین دستی و رعایت استاندارد- های محیط زیست در صنایع نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی بسیارمورد اهمیت می باشد. این عملیات در برج های جذبH2S، کاتالیست- های متداول صنعتی، حسگرهای گازی و جذب سولفیدها در محیط های حفاری به کار می رود. اکسید روی در حذف سولفید هیدروژن به علت داشتن ثابت تعادل بالای خود در فرایند هایی چون سولفورزدایی از گاز سنتز بسیار مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. این فرایند ها از جریان های گازی جهت جذب گوگرد از جریان های گازی خارج شده از فرایند گازی کردن زغال سنگ با بخار، هیدروژن و اکسیژن به منظور تولید گاز سنتز و  طبیعی به کار برده می شوند. در این فرایندها، مواد گوگرد دار زغال سنگ به سولفید هیدروژن تبدیل شده و  به دلیل دمای بالای جریان خروجی، از بستر جاذب اکسید روی استفاده می شود.

چکیده English

Removal of acid gas components for corrosion control, prevent catalysts poisoning in downstream processes and environmental standards in oil, gas and petrochemical much is important. The operation of H2S absorption towers, common industrial catalysts, gas sensors and absorbed sulphide is used in drilling enviroments. The removal of hydrogen sulfide, zinc oxide, due to tis high equilibrium constant of the process, such as the desulfurization of synthesis gas is heavily used. In these processes, hydrogen sulfide is converted to sulfur coal output current due to the high temperature of the cdsorbent bed of zinc oxide used.
