بررسی آزمایشگاهی تأثیر مواد فعال سطحی غیریونی با جرم مولکولی مختلف بر بازدارندگی تشکیل هیدرات گاز اتان

چکیده
هدف در این تحقیق بررسی آزمایشگاهی اثر ماده فعال سطحی غیر یونی لوریل الکل اتوکسیلات و کوپلیمر E.O/P.O در بازه‌ای از جرم مولکولی مختلف، بر میزان بازدارندگی تشکیل هیدرات گاز اتان است. بدین منظور، اندازه‌گیری زمان القا و بررسی سینتیک تشکیل هیدرات گاز اتان در حضور جرم مولکولی مختلف از این افزودنی‌ها در فشار ۲۰ بار و دمای ۲۷۷ درجه‎‌ی کلوین انجام‌شده است. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، مناسب‌ترین جرم مولکولی برای افزایش زمان القا توسط این دو افزودنی را مشخص می‏‌کند.

چکیده English

In this work, the experimental investigation was performed on ethane hydrate formation in presence of noninonic surfactants consist of different molecular weight of Copolymer E.O/P.O and Lauryl alcohol ethoxylates. For this purpose, the induction time and kinetic of ethane hydrate formation have been determine at temperature of 277K and initial pressure of 21 bar in varying molecular weight of additives. The best molecular weight for increasing induction time has been identified.
