Abstract
In the oil and gas industry, there always exists the potential of hazardous incidents which could cause severe injuries and irrevocable financial losses. Therefore, the first step in safety is to identify the potential risks in the oil and gas industry and to evaluate its consequences. The second step is to improve safety and risk management in order to minimize accidents. Therefore, it is the aim of this work to examine the parameters in the risk and operability study in the Shahid Hasheminejad gas refinery tank farm and loading unit. This unit due to the high volume of condensate storage tank cylindrical, is always a potential risk to human impact, environmental and financial implications. As well as to increase the accuracy and speed in identifying the risks of software PHA-Pro is used. In this method, after determining nodes, certain deviations and risks based on the number of proposals to reduce the likelihood of their occurrence is provided. The current study suggests that more suggestions is include the installation of equipment and training of personnel. The terms of the Notes number deviations risk is reached to an acceptable level.
