بررسی آزمایشگاهی اثر هم‌افزایی آمینو ‌اسید گلایسین با نمک‌های فلزی مختلف، بر بازدارندگی تشکیل هیدرات گاز اتان

چکیده
بازدارنده‌های سینتیکی و ترمودینامیکی اثر بسزایی در کنترل و ممانعت از تشکیل هیدرات گازی دارند. هدف در این پژوهش، بررسی آزمایشگاهی هم‌افزایی دو گروه از بازدارنده‌های ترمودینامیکی و سینتیکی است؛ به این منظور سینتیک و زمان تأخیر تشکیل هیدرات گاز اتان در حضور ترکیب‌های مختلف از افزودنی‌های آمینو اسید گلایسین و گروه‌های مختلف نمک‌‌های فلزی بررسی شده است. آزمایش‌ها در دمای ۲۷۵ درجه کلوین و فشار ۲۳ بار در غلظت‌های مختلف ۱، ۳، ۵ و ۱۰ درصد وزنی از نمک‌ها انجام شده است. مقایسه نتایج نشان می‌دهد که اثر هم‌افزایی این ترکیب از بازدارنده‌ها، زمان القای تشکیل هیدرات گاز اتان را در فراتبرید بالاتر از ۱۰ درجه سلسیوس، تا بیش از ۳ ساعت افزایش دهد؛ البته غلظت موثر برای هر نمک متفاوت است.

چکیده English

Kinetic and thermodynamic inhibitors have positive effects on controlling and preventing gas hydrate formation. The purpose of this work is to evaluate in vitro synergy between two groups of Thermodynamics and Kinetics inhibitors, in order to control the rates and induction time of ethane gas hydrate.  The experiments have been done in the presence of different combinations of amino acids glycine and various metal salts. All of tests have been conducted  at temperature of 275 K and pressure of 23 bar, in different concentrations of 1, 3, 5 and 10%  weight of salts. The results show that the effective concentration for each salt was different and the synergistic effect of mentioned inhibitors increase the induction time more 3 hours.
