حفاظت مخازن ذخیره گازهای مایع تحت فشار از رخداد BLEVE

چکیده
 مخازنی که به منظور ذخیره‌سازی و انتقال گازهای مایع تحت فشار به‌کار می‌روند همیشه در معرض خطر آتش‌سوزی و انفجار قرار دارند. مرور حوادث گذشته مخازن گاز مایع تحت فشار، نشان می‌دهد که شدیدترین و فاجعه‌آمیزترین حادثه‌ای که در طی ذخیره‌سازی گازهای مایع تحت فشار روی داده، انفجار بخار مایع جوشان نام دارد. بررسی و تحلیل این حوادث نشان می‌دهد علت اصلی انفجار بخار مایع جوشان، احاطه مخزن در آتش و در نتیجه ورود حرارت بالا به مخزن بوده است. در این مقاله، دو روش تأمین ایمنی نسبت به بقیه روش‌ها، بیشتر مورد تأکید قرارگرفته است. نخست پیشگیری از آتش‌سوزی در اطراف مخزن و جلوگیری از رسیدن آتش به مخزن و دیگری بازرسی‌های دوره‌ای است. بازرسی دوره‌ای می‌تواند در پیشگیری از ایجاد نشتی در مخزن و همچنین سایر اتصالات و لوله های موجود کمک شا‌یانی کند.

چکیده English

Pressure liquefied gas storage tanks are always at risk of fire and explosion. Review of past events shows that the worst and most tragic incident that occurred during storage of pressurized liquid gas, boiling liquid expanding vapor explosion is called. Most of boiling liquid expanding vapor explosion occurred in a tank surrounded by fire. The fire prevention around the tanks and periodic inspections are two main methods for pressure liquefied gas tanks safety. Periodic inspections of tanks the prevention of leaks in tanks and pipes it.
