بررسی فرآیندهای گاززدایی کاتالیستی از گوگرد مذاب

چکیده
یکی از مهمترین منابع تولید گوگرد در دنیا و از جمله در ایران فرآوری گاز ترش در پالایشگاه‌ها است. در این راستا طی فرآیند شیرین‌سازی، گازهای ترش مانند سولفید هیدروژن موجود در جریان گازی جدا شده و به‌صورت جداگانه در بخش‌های مختلف مورد فرآورش قرار می‌گیرند. یکی از اصلی‌ترین این قسمت‌ها واحد کلاوس است. محصول گوگرد خروجی از این واحد خالص نبوده و اغلب حاوی میزانی سولفید هیدروژن محلول بوده که نیاز است قبل از ارایه به بازار مصرف طی فرآیند گاززدایی جدا و در محل‌های ایمن دفع گردد. این روش‌ها در دو قالب کلی گاززدایی کاتالیستی و غیرکاتالیستی انجام می‌شود. در این مقاله ضمن بررسی مزایای روش‌های کاتالیستی، روش های مختلف گاززدایی از گوگرد مذاب مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و روش منتخب معرفی می‌شود.

چکیده English

Processing the sour gas is one of the main methods for production of sulfur in the country and worldwide. In this way, during the sweetening process, sour gases such as hydrogen sulfide are separated from the gas flow and processes in different units. Claus unit is one of these main sections. The output product of this unit is not pure and requires further degassing before introducing to the market. The degassing methods are generally taken in catalytic and non-catalytic approaches. In this paper, different degassing techniques have been described in addition to investigating the advantages of catalytic methods and the optimum method is finally introduced.
