ارتقای سطح برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای فرآیندهای بهبود بهره‌وری در مخازن نفتی و گازی ایران با استفاده از تحلیل SWOT

چکیده
به دلیل رشد فزاینده‌ی تقاضای انرژی، استفاده از روش‌های بهبود بهره‌وری (IOR) در مخازن، امری اجتناب‌ناپذیر است. از آنجایی‌که مخازن نفتی و گازی ایران بازدهی بالایی ندارند استفاده از روش‌های IOR برای افزایش تولید، بسیار سودمند خواهد بود. هدف اصلی از انجام این مقاله، ارتقای سطح برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای فرآیندهای IOR در مخازن نفتی و گازی ایران با استفاده از تحلیل سوات (SWOT) است. برای رسیدن به این هدف، از طریق مصاحبه با متخصصین با تجربه‌ی ایرانی به‌عنوان روش جمع‌آوری اطلاعات و همچنین استفاده از مفاهیم تحلیل SWOT، فاکتورهای چهارگانه‌ی مورد نیاز این تحلیل به‌دست آمدند. به‌عنوان بخشی از نتایج این مقاله، حمایت از منابع انسانی برای حضور در همایش‌ها و کارگاه‌های بین‌المللی و همچنین بازاریابی مناسب برای گاز و افزایش تولید و صادرات آن، از مهم‌ترین خروجی‌های تحلیل  SWOTبودند.

چکیده English

The use of Improved Oil Recovery (IOR) processes in reservoirs is inevitable because energy demand is increasing. The recovery factor of Iranian oil and gas reservoirs is low, therefore, the use of IOR processes is very useful. The main purpose of this study is preferment of the planning and implementation of IOR processes in Iranian oil and gas reservoirs by SWOT analysis. To reach this purpose, the factors required for SWOT analysis were obtained by using face to face interviews with Iranian experienced experts as the method of collecting data and also using the concepts of the SWOT analysis. As part of the results of this article, supporting human resources to attend international conferences and workshops and enhancing gas production alongside proper marketing for gas export were the most important outputs of the SWOT analysis.
