بررسی فنی-اقتصادی راهکارهای تأمین انرژی حرارتی مناطق دور از شبکه گاز- مطالعه موردی: استان خراسان رضوی

چکیده
 امروزه، گازرسانی با استفاده از خط لوله، به‌عنوان روش مرسوم تأمین انرژی حرارتی در بیشتر نقاط کشور ایران به شمار می‌رود. هدف از این پژوهش، امکان‌سنجی استفاده از راهکارهای جایگزین این روش، برای تأمین نیاز حرارتی مناطق فاقد شبکه گاز طبیعی است. در ابتدا، سه راهکار شامل گازرسانی به روش خط لوله مجازی، استفاده از انرژی الکتریکی و استفاده از زیست‌گاز در چهار منطقه باجگیران، بردر، امام قلی و شاهرگ بررسی و با روش گازرسانی به روش مرسوم مقایسه شدند. بررسی‌های فنی نشان می‌دهد که استفاده از زیست‌گاز، به‌تنهایی، پاسخگوی نیاز مناطق موردمطالعه نیست. لذا برای دیگر سناریوهای قابل انجام مطالعات اقتصادی انجام‌شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد، گازرسانی به روش خط لوله از دیدگاه ارزش فعلی خالص و یارانه تحمیلی بر دولت، در مقایسه با دیگر روش‌ها اولویت دارد.

Technical and Economic Investigation of Methods to Satisfy Thermal Energy Demands of Off-grid Gas Pipeline Area – Case Study: Khorasan Razavi Province

چکیده English

Nowadays, natural gas pipeline is considered to be the most common way to satisfy heat demands of the Iranian. In this study, to satisfy the heat demands of some off-grid areas including Shahrag, Imam Gholi, Bardar, and Bajgiran, the areas in Khorasan Razavi province, the feasibility of implementing some methods are investigated. In this regard, three approaches consisting of virtual pipeline, substitution of electricity, and biogas are studied and compared to natural gas pipeline. Technical study reveals that the areas do not have a potential to be completely benefited from biogas. Afterward, other methods were financially studied. Moreover, form net present value standpoint, natural gas pipeline appears to be the best option among others.
